Our processing and shipping time varies depending on the manufacturer or designer. Here are GENERAL guidelines (if you require an item by a certain date, please contact us or e-mail us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate):
SHIPPING COSTS: We try to offer free shipping First Class shipping (with tracking) whenever possible. For heavier items, we can't offer free shipping - many companies will hide that cost in the item's price. We like to separate the two costs so you can evaluate the actual value of a product.
PRODUCTION TIME: Anything customized will require additional processing time which normally runs about 3 - 5 business days for customized jewelry and 5 -7 business days with everything else. Some of our ready made stocked items will ship the same day (if order placed before noon) or next day. With our Memorial Wind Chimes, you can select your processing and order options when adding item to your cart.
APO, International, and Canadian orders:
Most of our products are not eligible for international shipping. However, some of our jewelry and wind chimes will be shipped out of the US. Before placing an order, please contact us with your item number and shipping cost request before placing your order.
International orders can take up to 2 weeks to clear customs and be delivered to the shipping address. Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties. International and Canadian shipments will receive a surcharge- a difference between what was actually charged and what it actually cost our business to send the package. We also insure all international orders. All APO/FPO orders may receive an additional $15-$20 handling charge as they must be hand delivered to the USPS(per Federal law) and must be insured. APO/FPO orders are not eligible for any type of "Free Shipping" promotions.
